Built in 1903, this Victorian is located on a quiet tree lined street on the south end of Ditmas Park in the heart of Brooklyn. Ditmas Park is one of many mini neighborhoods that make up the larger historical Victorian Flatbush. The neighborhood is the largest concentration of free standing Victorian homes in North America.
